Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent comfortable rooms intelligently furnished, but could do with a more comfortable chair. The service was very pleasant, though the staff seemed overworked. The location is wonderful in a housing estate, perfect for visiting Sheffield without the high city rates. The dining experience was very good with lots of choices, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, newly refurbished, very clean, and well-equipped, but needed new batteries for the remote. The service was top-notch, with efficient and helpful staff, although some lacked good people skills. The location was convenient for my visit to family, but not very picturesque due to its surroundings. The dining experience was satisfactory, with freshly cooked hot meals. The facilities were decent, but could benefit from some updates.
The hotel had comfy rooms with delicious food and very friendly staff, making it an excellent recommendation for family and friends. The location was ideal for visiting attractions like Chatsworth House and Heights of Abraham, but the surrounding estate housing was not as picturesque. The dining experience offered good value for money, though Sunday lunch was sold out. Overall, a nice stay with some minor room accessibility issues to consider.
