The hotel offers excellent comfortable rooms intelligently furnished, but could do with a more comfortable chair. The service was very pleasant, though the staff seemed overworked. The location is wonderful in a housing estate, perfect for visiting Sheffield without the high city rates. The dining experience was very good with lots of choices, and the facilities are well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, newly refurbished, very clean, and well-equipped, but needed new batteries for the remote. The service was top-notch, with efficient and helpful staff, although some lacked good people skills.
